Welcome to 123Kamagra

There’s a person behind the information.

We write about sexual health, erection problems and medicines in everyday language. Some of these subjects are serious, but a clear explanation doesn’t have to be a dull one.

Below, you can meet the person behind our articles and learn about the manufacturers behind some familiar brand names.

We combine our own background articles and opinions with information about medicines. Prescriptions and personal medical advice must always come from a qualified healthcare professional.

What matters to us

Trust comes first.

Whether you’re reading about erection problems for the first time or looking into a specific question, you deserve clear information without the awkwardness.

01 / PLAIN LANGUAGE

Clear explanations

No endless medical jargon. We explain terms such as sildenafil, tadalafil and side effects as clearly as we can.

02 / PRIVACY

Space to explore

Your questions about your health or sex life are personal. A discreet, respectful approach should come as standard.

03 / OPENNESS

Risks are part of the picture

Good information goes beyond how a medicine works. It also covers prescription requirements, possible side effects and when to speak to a doctor.

Our story

How 123Kamagra began.

One personal question can leave you with ten browser tabs and twenty different answers. It’s much the same when you’re looking into erection problems, sex or treatments. Then comes the challenge of working out what to trust.

That inspired the idea for a place where you could take your time to read, compare and explore. A place for practical information, opinions and the occasional lighter moment. Talking about sexuality should feel more ordinary than it often does.

Our approach

Information you can make sense of.

We want you to come away understanding what a medicine does, what to bear in mind and which questions you may want to ask your GP or pharmacist.

We start with a question

Many of our topics begin with questions people ask about medicines, their use or sexual health.

We look at the context

We aim to explain things clearly, with attention to reliable sources, limitations and risks.

We write for people

Short sentences, relatable examples and useful links for anyone who wants to read more.

Our perspective

Your privacy matters. So does your health.

We believe you should be able to look for information about erection problems, relationships and sex without embarrassment. No one should feel awkward about asking a health question.

At the same time, erectile dysfunction medicines aren’t suitable for everyone. Sildenafil and tadalafil require a prescription in the Netherlands. Speaking to a doctor or pharmacist is particularly important if you take other medicines or have an existing condition. For independent information, you can also read Apotheek.nl’s pages on sildenafil and tadalafil.

Being clear about our role

Information, opinions and an online shop.

123Kamagra is both an information platform and an online shop. We want to make it clear when you’re reading background information, a personal opinion or a product description.

Good to know: Our articles do not replace personal medical advice, a diagnosis or a prescription. Your GP or pharmacist is the right person to speak to about symptoms, side effects or using medicines safely.

The background to our brands

Meet the manufacturers

Who makes which products? Explore the history, brands and sources for three manufacturers. The active ingredient matters more than the name on the box alone.

A question? Go ahead and ask.

Whether it’s about an article, an order or how we work, we’re happy to help.
